Subject	rust?!?!?

Message	So my car has been sitting until I get my headlights from Tony, thx btw. And for some reason I came out the other day and the rotors were covered in rust!! It had rained that night but how the hell did the rotors get covered with rust?? I have washed my car atleast 10 times including detailing the tires which has gotten the rotors wet but they have never ever rusted before. I know i can probably get it off with some steel wool but i want to stop this from happening again.
